The Staff at Wellway Medical Group:

Practice Manager:

Freda Smallwood is responsible for the overall management of the Practice. Freda is keen to ensure that you receive the highest standard of care possible.

Reception Office Managers:

Michelle Hankinson is responsible for the general running and overall management of the main office and reception staff at all three surgeries.

Reception Staff:

A trained team to assist in the daily running of the practice, by efficiently booking appointments, organising home visits, ensuring that repeat prescriptions are promptly dealt with and advising on the health care services.

Secretarial & Admin:

Behind the scenes an efficient and effective team undertake duties (eg, referral of patients to hospitals, audit as well as essential daily data input for the surgery computer system). This team is responsible to the Resource & Development Manager.

We have our very own IT System Administrator for maintaining, repairing and installing computers, printers and scanners ensuring the smooth running our IT system.
