What kind of help is available:

Your care manager can arrange some kinds of help for you directly.

Types of help that s/he can arrange can include:

Help at home
Equipment to help with disability
Care in a residential home or nursing home
Counselling, advice or therapy - which may be provided directly by your care manager

Of course, there are limits. We cannot spend more than we have in our budgets, so we have agreed COMMUNITY CARE STANDARDS which guide us in deciding how much support we can offer to meet particular kinds of problem.
